Description

For those customers/chefs who prefer a more substantial, chunkier chip, we can offer our 20mm variety or a thinner, straighter chip is cut to 12mm.  Both are washed, peeled and cut by hand to ensure that the cutting angle produces the correctly shaped chip.  These can be produced either skin on or off, as can all of our varieties, and have proved very popular with pubs and high end restaurants in the local area.  Who wouldn’t love a plate of steak and chunky Jenga chips or seafood salad with fries?
